A classic loafer is stylish, but rarely comfortable: a narrow toe, fixed width, a hard edge that saws through the instep, and a heel counter that rubs against the heel. TheAriamodel was designed to offer more space and flexibility exactly where your feet need it most.

The upper is knitted in one piece, with no seams or topstitching on the inside: the mesh stretches where the foot is widest, then returns to its shape. An elastic yoke on the top lets the shoe open a few millimeters on a swollen foot at the end of the day, and the back collar is flexible, without rigid reinforcement, so nothing rubs behind. Weighing less than 0.22 kg per shoe and a 1.5 cm sole, they can be put on standing up thanks to the rear tab, and can be worn for eight hours straight.
